Public Services & Engineering Director

The City of Coronado is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking leader who is a skilled communicator, an enthusiastic problem solver, and an innovative project manager. This role requires expertise in full-scale public works operations, supportive technology systems, wastewater and storm drain management, as well as emergency and storm protection planning given Coronado’s coastal setting and topographical challenges. This vibrant, thriving beach community welcomes more than 2 million visitors annually to soak up the sun and sand while enjoying the lush surroundings, rich history and charming village appeal of Coronado. The PS&E team is responsible for the assessment and physical improvement and replacement of City-owned infrastructure through the creation, management, and successful implementation of the City's Capital Improvement Program.

The salary range is $221,232-$263,132, with a competitive benefits package.
