Hello! I wanted to relate my Southwest flight experience from JFK. When I used Southwest Airlines JFK Terminal for the first time, I was amazed. I didn't get lost because of the obvious signage, which is a victory. One agent even cheerfully assisted me in reprinting my boarding card, demonstrating how helpful the Southwest crew was.
